Bahama Place at Westminster Shores in St Petersburg is a beautiful new retirement apartment building. The 26 acre waterfront property was featured in the popular movie Cocoon. TI Associates fabricated all of the common area window treatments. In addition to Bahama Place, we have had the privilege of working with their talented in house interior designers over the last 10 years on many of their other properties throughout Florida.
