Over the years, with newly acquired clients, the question has been asked, “How do we do business with you?” That is a reasonable question with a simple answer; our design capabilities are limited only to the imagination of the specifying Designer. If you will provide us with a line drawing, a picture cut from a magazine or a reference from a publication such as the Encyclopedia of Window Coverings, along with fabric specifications, we will interpret and scale the treatment to fit the intended opening.
The most important factor in any relationship is effective communication. To insure that this ideal is achieved, questions need to be asked and we are not bashful. Please understand that our questions are in no way a reflection on your design or your experience. We simply want to insure that we understand your design concept and that you are completely satisfied with the finished product.
